Determinación del ciclo fenológico de cinco variedades de rosa (Rosa sp.) estándar bajo invernadero en el municipio Facatativá-Cundinamarca

Abstract

El ciclo fenológico permite predecir el tiempo que transcurre entre los estadios del desarrollo de un organismo, y el calor acumulado durante el proceso se conoce como tiempo fisiológico o grados-día de crecimiento. El estudio fue realizado en el sistema productivo de la flor de corte finca Santa María , ubicada en el municipio de Facatativá, con el objetivo de determinar el ciclo fenologico de cinco variedades de rosa (Rosa sp.) estándar: Fortune, New Face, Tabatha, Vanilla Ice y Gold Finch, en vista de que las variedades mencionadas no han sido estudiadas por la empresa The Elite FloWer S.A.S. En las condiciones agro climatológicas de la finca, se presenta un rango altitudinal de 2.598 msnm, una temperatura maxima de 15°C y minima de 7°C, la humedad relativapromedio es de 83% probabilidad de precipitaciones del 19% y vientos a 6km/h. El diseñoexperimental utilizado fue un diseño completamente al azar (DCA), donde se evaluaron cinco variedades y 30 repeticiones, para un total de 150 unidades experimentales. Las variables que se evaluaron fueron: numero de hojas, longitud del tallo, longitud y diámetro del botón floral y los tiempos transcurridos en cada fase fenologica productiva como respuesta a la acumulación de grados-día. Según los resultados obtenidos, se concluye que las variablesFortune, Gold Finch y Vanilla Ice tardan 77 días para llegar a punto rayando color con un total de 676,85 grados-días, presentando floración temprana, por otro lado, la Variedad New Face llego a punto rayando colo a los 80 días con 728,78grados-día y la variedad con floración tardía fue Tabatha tardando 99 días con 940.05 grados-día.

The variables that were evaluated were: number of leaves, stem length, flower bud length and diameter, and the times elapsed in each productive phenological phase in response to the accumulation of degree-days. According to the results obtained, it is concluded that the Fortune, Gold Finch and Vanilla Ice variables take 77 days to reach the point of scratching color with a total of 676.85 degree-days, presenting early flowering, on the other hand, the New Face Variety arrived to point streaking color at 80 days with 728.78 degree-days and the variety with late flowering was Tabatha taking 99 days with 940.05 degree-days.
