Diagnóstico en Gestión Financiera y Tributaria, Calzado S.A.S

Abstract

El diagnostico en gestión financiera y tributaria se realizo es una empresa legalmente constituida en julio de 2013 e inscrita ante la cámara de comercio en septiembre del mismo año, dedicada a la fabricación y comercialización de calzado; su sede principal se encuentra ubicada en Bogotá D.C., desde allí desarrolla sus actividades empresariales y comerciales. Con el propósito de fortalecer la gestión administrativa y tributaria, se realizó un diagnóstico financiero y tributario que permitió identificar aspectos susceptibles de mejora; este proceso se enfocó en el fortalecimiento de la información para la toma de decisiones y en la validación del cumplimiento normativo de los requerimientos contables, fiscales y tributarios de acuerdo con la ley. La intervención se desarrolló mediante un enfoque metodológico mixto, combinando técnicas cualitativas y cuantitativas, con el fin de recopilar, analizar e interpretar la información de manera integral; la recopilación de la información se efectuó a través de reuniones y comunicación directa con el personal contable de la empresa, facilitando el acceso a los datos necesarios para el análisis de procesos, verificación y proyección financiera. Finalmente, la proyección financiera para el cierre de 2025 se basó en los Estados Financieros de los años 2023 y 2024, este análisis permitió obtener la información necesaria para evaluar las variaciones de crecimiento y decrecimiento, así como realizar la conciliación fiscal que sirve de base para el cálculo de la Declaración de Renta 2025, contribuyendo al fortalecimiento de la gestión empresarial y al cumplimiento de las obligaciones tributarias.

The financial and tax management diagnosis was carried out on a company legally incorporated in July 2013 and registered with the Chamber of Commerce in September of the same year, dedicated to the manufacture and sale of footwear. Its headquarters are located in Bogotá, D.C., from where it conducts its business and commercial activities. With the aim of strengthening administrative and tax management, a financial and tax diagnosis was carried out to identify areas for improvement. This process focused on strengthening information for decision-making and validating regulatory compliance with accounting, fiscal, and tax requirements in accordance with the law. The intervention was carried out using a mixed methodological approach, combining qualitative and quantitative techniques, in order to collect, analyze, and interpret the information in a comprehensive manner. The information was collected through meetings and direct communication with the company's accounting staff, facilitating access to the data necessary for process analysis, verification, and financial projection. Finally, the financial projection for the end of 2025 was based on the financial statements for 2023 and 2024. This analysis provided the information needed to evaluate variations in growth and decline, as well as to perform the tax reconciliation that serves as the basis for calculating the 2025 Income Tax Return, contributing to the strengthening of business management and compliance with tax obligations.
