Reestructuracion organizacional de la microempresa kmelo peluqueros bogota

Abstract

El objetivo principal de este proyecto es realizar una reestructuración organizacional de la microempresa KMELO PELUQUEROS en la ciudad de Bogotá, para iniciar este proyecto se realizó un diagnostico organizacional bajo el modelo Small Bussines Development Center –SBDC y la herramienta del Centro de Innovación, Tecnología y Gestión Organizacional de la Universidad de Cundinamarca, para evidenciar la situación actual de la empresa en todas sus áreas, se aplicaron listas de chequeo a los colaboradores de la empresa, se creó e implementó un plan de acción para las áreas más débiles y se valoró la permanencia de los cambios y el impacto que generó la reestructuración. ABSTRACT The main objective of this project is to carry out an organizational restructuring of the KMELO PELUQUEROS microenterprise in the city of Bogotá. To begin this project, an organizational diagnosis was made under the Small Business Development Center-SBDC model and the tool of the Center for Innovation, Technology and Organizational Management of the University of Cundinamarca, to show the current situation of the company in all its areas, checklists were applied to the company's collaborators, an action plan was created and implemented for the weakest areas and the permanence of the changes and the impact generated by the restructuring.
