Estudio de factibilidad para la creación del área de confección en la empresa GOXXY, BOGOTÁ D.C.

Abstract

El proyecto académico tiene como objetivo determinar la factibilidad de crear el área de confección en la empresa Goxxy, ubicada en la ciudad de Bogotá. Para lograr este propósito, se utilizó la metodología de investigación descriptiva mediante el análisis de documentos y la observación para recopilar, integrar y analizar los datos presentados. En primer lugar, se realizó la recopilación de información económica y técnica de la empresa Goxxy, con el f in de proyectar dicha información con base al crecimiento esperado para los próximos 5 años. Para esto, se consideraron factores como la demanda del mercado, la disponibilidad de recursos, la proyección de ingresos y costos. Por último, se evaluó la viabilidad financiera del proyecto a través de los indicadores de inversión, para definir si la nueva área de confección es rentable en la empresa, considerando los costos, ingresos proyectados y plazo de recuperación de la inversión.

The objective of the academic project is to determine the feasibility of creating the clothing area in the Goxxy company, located in the city of Bogotá. To achieve this purpose, the descriptive research methodology was used through document analysis and observation to collect, integrate and analyze the data presented. In the first place, the compilation of economic and technical information of the Goxxy company was carried out, in order to project said information based on the expected growth for the next 5 years. For this, factors such as market demand, the availability of resources, the projection of income and costs were considered. Finally, the financial viability of the project was evaluated through investment indicators, to define if the new manufacturing area is profitable in the company, considering the costs, projected income and investment recovery period.
