Importancia del liderazgo transformador para las organizaciones comerciales y educativas

Abstract

RESUMEN: Este trabajo de investigación muestra de forma cualitativa y cuantitativa la importancia del liderazgo transformador para el comercio mipyme de la zona Omnicentro del municipio de Facatativá-Cundinamarca, y para las organizaciones de educación superior de sabana de occidente que fueron seleccionadas; mediante el uso de instrumentos que denotaron tendencias negativas en ambas muestras, y que mediante el uso del material del diario El Espectador, edición de Liderazgo, se pudo realizar un respectivo análisis para identificar de forma clara y precisa la importancia del liderazgo transformador para ambos actores en estudio, analizando su impacto positivo sobre ellos y como plus midiendo el grado de aplicabilidad que el material de liderazgo ya mencionado tenía para el comercio mipyme; con base en lo obtenido se realizan las respectivas recomendaciones para ambos tipos de organización comercial que entraron en estudio para esta investigación ABSTRACT: This research work shows is qualitatively and quantitatively the importance of the transformative leadership for the mipyme trade of the Omnicentro area of the municipality of Facatativá-Cundinamarca, and for the higher education organizations of sabana de occidente that were selected; through the use of instruments that denoted negative tendencies in both samples, and together with the use of the material of the newspaper El Espectador, edition of Leadership, a respective analysis was carried out to clearly and accurately identify the importance of transforming leadership for both actors in study, analyzing their positive impact on them and as a plus measuring the degree of applicability that the aforementioned leadership material had for the mipyme trade.
