Diagnóstico De La Responsabilidad Social Empresarial Aplicada Por Unidades Productivas Agrícolas En La Vereda De Mancilla Del Municipio De Facatativá

Abstract

El municipio de Facatativá, ubicado en la provincia Sabana Occidente del departamento de Cundinamarca, concentra su economía en la agricultura, como pilar fundamental gracias a la fertilidad de los suelos y la presencia de climas propicios, seguido por la industria y el comercio. Su proceso agrícola es vital para el departamento y la gestión en él por parte de los stakeholders son constantes.

Facatativá es un municipio privilegiado y con un gran potencial de desarrollo regional debido a su ubicación central tanto en el departamento como en el país.

En el plan de desarrollo 2016 – 2019, definido por el alcalde municipal Pablo Emilio Malo, establece en el eje 2 “Facatativá Sustentable y Atractiva” disminuir la brecha en el riesgo de la calidad del agua proveniente de las cuencas hídricas.

Del mismo modo en el eje 4 “Facatativá Regional con Oportunidades Productivas” se busca aumentar la cantidad de productores rurales beneficiados con asistencia técnica integral en un 30%.

Desde el año 2012 la alcaldía municipal, encabezada por la secretaría de medio ambiente y desarrollo rural, ha direccionado investigaciones de carácter ambiental apoyados por el sector educativo y la comunidad, con lo cual se ha logrado 23

identificar que los factores con mayor afectación ambiental son el mal uso de suelo, la utilización indiscriminada de agroquímicos, la inadecuada disposición final de residuos, así como afectación del recurso hídrico debido a desarrollo de actividades agrícolas principalmente en las veredas de La Tribuna y Mancilla, generando afectación negativa en la comunidad debido a las alteraciones biológicas, químicas y físicas del agua. ABSTRACT The municipality of Facatativá, located in the Sabana Occidente province of the department of Cundinamarca, concentrates its economy on agriculture, as a fundamental pillar thanks to the fertility of the soils and the presence of favorable climates, followed by industry and commerce. Its agricultural process is vital for the department and the management of it by stakeholders is constant.

Facatativá is a privileged municipality with great potential for regional development due to its central location both in the department and in the country.

In the 2016-2019 development plan, defined by the municipal mayor Pablo Emilio Malo, it establishes in axis 2 "Sustainable and Attractive Facatativá" to reduce the gap in the risk of the quality of the water from the watersheds.

Similarly, in axis 4 "Regional Facatativá with Productive Opportunities" seeks to increase the number of rural producers benefiting from comprehensive technical assistance by 30%.

Identify that the factors with the greatest environmental impact are the misuse of soil, the indiscriminate use of agrochemicals, the inadequate final disposal of waste, as well as the impact of water resources due to the development of agricultural activities mainly in the villages of La Tribuna and Mancilla, generating negative impact on the community due to biological, chemical and physical alterations of the water.
