Programa De Formación En Empleabilidad

Abstract

El proyecto de pasantía “Programa de Formación en Empleabilidad”, se realiza en la oficina de empleo de la alcaldía de Madrid Cundinamarca, con este podemos identificar la relación presente entre las personas cesantes del municipio y su falta de conocimiento en temas de selección laboral. Se aplicó un programa en el cual se dieron capacitaciones sobre Hoja de vida (Curriculum Vitae) y entrevista, a los usuarios asistentes a la oficina que se encontraban buscando empleo, alcanzando un total de 396 personas en un lapso de 18 sesiones, obteniendo un incremente a nivel de contrataciones en comparación con el año anterior.

ABSTRACT

The internship project “Training Program in Employability”, is carried out in the employment office of the mayor's office of Madrid Cundinamarca, with this we can identify the present relationship between the unemployed people of the municipality and their lack of knowledge in labor selection issues. A program was applied in which training on Resume (Curriculum Vitae) and interview were given to the users attending the office who were looking for employment, reaching a total of 396 people in a span of 18 sessions, obtaining an increase at the level of hiring compared to the previous year.
