Estudio de factibilidad para la producción y comercialización del cultivo de pleurotus ostreatus (orellanas) en el municipio de garagoa boyacá

Abstract

El actual proyecto corresponde a un “Estudio De Factibilidad Para La Producción Y Comercialización Del Cultivo De Pleurotus Ostreatus (Orellanas) en el Municipio De Garagoa Boyacá”, se realizó por medio de un estudio de mercado, técnico, administrativo, financiero y ambiental con el propósito de determinar el éxito o fracaso del proyecto, en cuanto a la estructura del proyecto se tomó en cuenta componentes básicos para el desarrollo de un estudio de factibilidad como lo fueron: Componentes básicos del estudio de mercado y comercialización o análisis de la oferta y demanda: En la ejecución los componentes básicos a desarrollar son la determinación del área de influencia identificación del producto, proyección de variables y coeficientes de elasticidad Localización del proyecto: Con el fin de definir la localización del proyecto es necesario acudir al plan de ordenamiento territorial del municipio, la calificación por puntos, métodos del transporte y factores de localización. Tamaño del proyecto de desarrollo: El tamaño del proyecto se determina en relación con el tamaño del mercado, inversiones, tecnología, demanda y localización para llegar al tamaño óptimo del proyecto. Ingeniería del proyecto: La ingeniería del proyecto corresponde al desarrollo de las especificaciones del producto, proceso productivo distribución de la planta en función del área productiva. Aspectos legales administrativos: Corresponde a la definición de la estructura organizacional y gerencia del proyecto. Inversiones y financiamiento: Abarca las diferentes alternativas de financiación, fuentes y estructura del capital.
