Informe de pasantías en las funciones sustantivas de CTeI – ISU para el fortalecimiento de la gestión del programa en la Universidad de Cundinamarca.

Abstract

Este informe presenta la sistematización de la pasantía interna realizada por Jonathan Daniel Morales Arévalo durante los semestres 2024-2 y 2025-1 en los procesos de Ciencia, Tecnología e Innovación (CTeI) y el ecosistema de Interacción Social Universitaria (ISU), incluyendo su vinculación con el Centro Digital de Emprendimiento, Innovación y Gestión Empresarial (CDEI). En el segundo semestre de 2024, se diseñaron y aplicaron instrumentos de evaluación, se gestionaron semilleros de investigación y se brindó soporte logístico a eventos académicos. La articulación con ISU permitió completar las horas de pasantía y participar en actividades como la ExpoUCundinamarca 2024 y la elaboración de informes quinquenales. En el primer semestre de 2025, el pasante contribuyó directamente a la estructuración de proyectos estratégicos del ecosistema ISU, destacando su aporte al proyecto "Hub de Inteligencia Translocal" mediante el análisis territorial, la elaboración de matrices de planificación y el mapeo de actores. Además, apoyó la planificación y ejecución de eventos clave como la Semana de la Alta Calidad, el CAC (campo de aprendizaje cultural) soluciones a problemas translócales Momento 1 y webinars gerenciales, y brindó asesorías a emprendedores desde el CDEI. A partir de estas experiencias, se formularon recomendaciones para fortalecer la gestión del conocimiento institucional PROGRAMA: establecer un sistema de documentación y análisis de las actividades de pasantía; diseñar protocolos de socialización de resultados entre procesos; crear comunidades de aprendizaje para pasantes, docentes y egresados; e integrar indicadores de gestión del conocimiento en la planificación estratégica de CTeI, ISU y CDEI. ABSTRACT: This report presents the systematization of the internship conducted by Jonathan Daniel Morales Arévalo during the 2024-2 and 2025-1 semesters in the Science, Technology, and Innovation (CTeI) processes and the University Social Interaction (ISU) ecosystem, including its connection with the Digital Center for Entrepreneurship, Innovation, and Business Management (CDEI). In the second semester of 2024, evaluation instruments will be designed and implemented, research incubators will be managed, and logistical support will be provided for academic events. The collaboration with ISU allowed him to complete his internship hours and participate in activities such as ExpoUCundinamarca 2024 and the preparation of five-year reports. In the first semester of 2025, the intern directly contributed to the structuring of strategic projects within the ISU ecosystem, highlighting his support for the "Translocal Intelligence Hub" project through territorial analysis, the development of planning matrices, and stakeholder mapping. Additionally, the CDEI supported the planning and execution of key events such as High Quality Week, the CAC (cultural learning field) solutions to translocal problems Moment 1 and management webinars and provided advice to entrepreneurs from the CDEI. Based on these experiences, recommendations were formulated to strengthen institutional knowledge management: establish a system for documenting and analyzing internship activities; design protocols for sharing results across processes; create learning communities for interns, faculty, and graduates; and integrate knowledge management indicators into the strategic planning of CTeI, ISU, and the CDEI
