Diseño de profesiogramas y actualización de procesos en la empresa minería de colombia ltda de ubaté

Abstract

Esta pasantía tiene como objetivo principal diseñar los profesiogramas y actualización de procesos de la empresa Minería de Colombia LTDA, teniendo en cuenta que son una guía para el nexo de unión entre el trabajador y la organización en donde se experimenta desde dos puntos de vista; la gestión del talento humano y la seguridad y salud en el trabajo, donde se plasman las capacidades y aptitudes de los puestos de labor que existen en la compañía.

AL momento de darle una inducción a un colaborador se le dé a conocer bien las capacidades, aptitudes, responsabilidades, relaciones, condiciones físicas que se requieren para el puesto de trabajo, así como sus riesgos, los requerimientos que se piden para el puesto de trabajo y algo muy importante el objetivo de ese puesto de trabajo que es muy significativo para la compañía, imponiendo un alto nivel de reclutamiento y síntesis con los colaboradores.

Se hará visita de campo tanto en la parte operativa como en la administrativa, para recolectar la información necesaria; se verificarán los documentos existentes en la empresa Minería de Colombia Ltda., para saber que procesos serán actualizados y cuales requieren una inspección a mayor detalle, para darle un adecuado reajuste en sus procesos.

ABSTRAC The main objective of this internship is to design the professiograms and process updating of the mining company of Colombia LTDA, bearing in mind that they are a guide for the link between the worker and the organization where it is experienced from two points of view; the management of human talent and health and safety at work, where the capabilities and skills of the jobs that exist in the company are reflected.

At the moment of giving an induction to a collaborator, the capabilities, aptitudes, responsibilities, relationships, physical conditions that are required for the job, as well as their risks, the requirements that are requested for the job are made known. and something very important the objective of that job that is very significant for the company, imposing a high level of recruitment and synthesis with employees.

A field visit will be made, both in the operative part and in the administrative part, to collect the necessary information; the existing documents will be verified in the company Mining of Colombia Ltda., to know that processes will be updated and which require an inspection in greater detail, to give him a suitable readjustment in his processes
