Abstract

RESUMEN: En el siguiente documento se encuentran de forma detallada todos aquellos procesos, labores, actividades y mejoras tanto operacionales como estructurales que se deben incluir para la realización del "Diseño del plan de gestión de residuos hospitalarios y/o similares -RESPEL de las zonas comunales del Condominio Campestre el Peñon de la Ciudad de Girardot". Este proceso se desarrolló con el fin de tener un amplio análisis del tipo y la cantidad de residuos generados y manejados en el condominio anteriormente mencionado. Posterior al análisis y diagnóstico ambiental se empiezan a plantear ideas de mejoramiento que permitan una posterior implementación, lograr que la gestión de los residuos en la empresa sea integral conforme a los que exige la normatividad ambiental legal vigente y otorgarle de esta manera la importancia y el manejo interno que los residuos necesitan ya que son un componente que debe ser manejado y estructurado, para lograr una implementación de un sistema de gestión ambiental el cual el condominio campestre el Peñon de la Ciudad de Girardot tiene proyecto. Cabe destacar el hecho de que el resultado del proceso de pasantía es realizar y presentar a la empresa "Condominio Campestre el Peñon de Girardot" el documento estructurado del diseño del plan de gestión integral de residuos hospitalarios y/o similares y RESPEL del condominio nombrado anteriormente. Por consiguiente el informe que se desarrolla a continuación esta enfocado a demostrar la labor realizada durante las horas de pasantía y documentar el proyecto realizado con sus fases y las actividades que las componen. Already with the analysis and environmental and health diagnosis begin to raise ideas for improvement which allow the subsequent implementation, achieve that management of waste in the company is comprehensive as required by the current environmental legal regulation, and grant this way the importance and the internal management tha the waste needs since they are a component that must be managed and structured, to achieve an implementation of an environmental management system which the Condominium Campestre el of the city of Girardot has project. It should be noted that the result of the internship process is to make and present to the company "Condominio Campestre el Peñon de Girardot" the structured document of the design of the integral management plan for hospital and / or similar waste and the RESPEL of the condominium previously named.
