Sistematización de experiencias: Programa de resolución de conflictos en habitantes del municipio de Facatativá

Abstract

Este proyecto tiene como propósito trabajar con la comunidad del municipio de Facatativá en cabeza de la dirección de seguridad de la secretaria de gobierno de la alcaldía de Facatativá , respecto a las relaciones sociales, signos de intolerancia social y el manejo adecuado para resolver un conflicto , que por medio de un programa llamado “RESOLUCIÓN DE CONFLICTOS” direccionadas a dicha población el cual se evidencia en el mapa de calor del plan integral de seguridad y convivencia ciudadana con estos espacios con la comunidad de prevención, riesgos sociales, violencia física, psicológica y emocional en el que se les brinda herramientas para el bienestar individual, social y familiar.

This project aims to work with the community of the municipality of Facatativá at the head of the security directorate of the government secretary of the mayor's office of Facatativá, regarding social relations, signs of social intolerance and appropriate management to resolve a conflict. That through a program called "CONFLICT RESOLUTION" directed at said population which is evident in the heat map of the comprehensive plan for security and citizen coexistence with these spaces with the community of prevention, social risks, physical, psychological and emotional in which they are provided with tools for individual, social and family well-being.
