Proceso De Producción Y Venta De Material Vegetal De Aguacate Hass Persea Americana Var Hass Para El Proyecto Social Del Estado Productivo Desarrollado En El Municipio De Carmen De Atrato, Chocó.

Abstract

Resumen El Vivero El Lago S.A.S. realizó un proceso de producción de material vegetal de aguacate Hass Persea americana Var. Hass, para su establecimiento en el municipio de Carmen de Atrato departamento del Chocó. Esta producción tuvo lugar en las instalaciones del vivero en Fusagasugá, Cundinamarca. Dicha producción del material vegetal se dio de forma exitosa con la entrega de 51.000 plántulas vivas y establecidas sin muchos contratiempos. Pese a esto se tuvo inconvenientes en la supervivencia de un número considerable de plantas que murieron por diferentes factores como son los cuidados y manejos por parte del agricultor y variables como son el tipo de suelo en que se siembran algunas plantas. Esto generó la necesidad de producir más material vegetal de resiembra, el cual se entrega de forma exitosa bajo la satisfacción del cliente. La mortalidad frente a las plantas continuó, parte de esta por la erradicación de las plantas por el beneficiario, siendo necesario discutir con la comunidad y administración municipal las soluciones más aptas para este problema donde la comunidad quede satisfecha para el establecimiento y desarrollo exitoso del proyecto. Finalmente se optó por la compra y el suministro de material vegetal de un vivero cercano al municipio que mantiene los procesos de desarrollo bajo los parámetros legales estipulados por el ICA junto con el uso de materiales criollos adaptados a la zona con el fin de realizar un establecimiento exitoso y esperado por los beneficiarios del proyecto por ser una oportunidad de negocio sustentable para el mejoramiento de la calidad de vida de los habitantes de Carmen de Atrato. Hass, for its establishment in the municipality of Carmen de Atrato, department of Chocó. This production took place at the nursery facilities in Fusagasugá, Cundinamarca. Said production of plant material was successful with the delivery of 51,000 live and established seedlings without many setbacks. Despite this, there were drawbacks in the survival of a considerable number of plants that died due to different factors such as care and handling by the farmer and variables such as the type of soil in which some plants are planted. This generated the need to produce more plant material for replanting, which is delivered successfully to customer satisfaction. The mortality in front of the plants continued, part of this due to the eradication of the plants by the beneficiary, being necessary to discuss with the community and municipal administration the most suitable solutions for this problem where the community is satisfied for the establishment and successful development of the project. Finally, it was decided to purchase and supply plant material from a nursery near the municipality that maintains the development processes under the legal parameters stipulated by the ICA together with the use of native materials adapted to the area in order to establish an establishment successful and expected by the beneficiaries of the project for being a sustainable business opportunity for the improvement of the quality of life of the inhabitants of Carmen de Atrato.
