Este proyecto surge en respuesta a la necesidad de optimizar los procesos administrativos y operativos, con el fin de mejorar la calidad de vida de los residentes y asegurar una administración eficaz y transparente. Uno de los principales retos en la administración de propiedad horizontal es mantener un equilibrio entre la eficiencia operativa y la sostenibilidad. La Club Puerto Peñalisa, con su estructura compleja y la diversidad de sus copropiedades, requiere una gestión que no solo se centre en la resolución de problemas inmediatos, sino que también planifique a largo plazo para prevenir futuros inconvenientes. Por ello, este proyecto no solo busca mejorar los procesos actuales, sino también establecer bases sólidas para una administración continua y progresiva. La implementación de nuevos sistemas de gestión documental digital es una de las prácticas innovadoras que se proponen. Este sistema permitirá una mejor organización y acceso a la información, facilitando la toma de decisiones y la comunicación entre los diferentes actores involucrados en la administración de las copropiedades. La digitalización de documentos y la adopción de nuevas tecnologías no solo optimizan el tiempo y los recursos, sino que también incrementan la transparencia y la confianza entre los copropietarios y la administración.
