Estructura, organización y funcionamiento administrativo de la Liga de Futbol de Cundinamarca 2022

Abstract

Resumen: La Liga de Futbol de Cundinamarca es un organismo que forma parte del Sistema Nacional del Deporte y lleva más de 80 años de ser legalmente constituido, ha mostrado un gran avance a nivel de gestión administrativa y competitiva gracias a sus funcionarios en cabeza de su presidente Gerson Giovani Ballesteros Torres quien se encuentra en la recta final de su paso por la liga debido a que está culminando su tercer periodo de ser elegido. La estructura operacional que se plantea se encuentra acorde a la exigencia de los clubes deportivos de futbol del departamento, proyectando al día de hoy una administración que cumple con el marco de la legalidad y una representación congruente con las necesidades del deporte cundinamarqués, siendo este, el deporte que cuenta con mayor participación y cobertura en los 116 municipios del departamento. Como resultado de su importante trabajo dispone de procesos deportivos claros de masificación y desarrollo continuo donde se promueve la práctica del futbol en sus diferentes manifestaciones, estableciendo comisiones municipales las cuales fortalecen la competitividad y la representación de la liga en los municipios en busca de talentos y el alto rendimiento a nivel nacional. La competencia es uno de los principales objetivos de la liga en sus diferentes categorías, modalidades y ramas; de tal importancia, que, para garantizar los recursos, la liga establece estrategias de gestión que permitan dar cumplimento de sus metas y compromisos con altos estándares, contando para el año 2022 con un presupuesto definido y una inversión estratégica acorde a las metas planificadas, ejecutadas, dirigidas y controladas por la liga.

Abstract: The Cundinamarca Soccer League is an organization that is part of the National Sports System and has been legally constituted for more than 80 years, it has shown great progress at the administrative and competitive management level thanks to its officials headed by its president Gerson Giovani Ballesteros Torres who is in the final stretch of his time in the league because he is completing his third period of being elected. The proposed operational structure is in accordance with the demands of the department's soccer sports clubs, currently projecting an administration that complies with the legal framework and a representation consistent with the needs of sports in Cundinamarca, this being, the sport that has the greatest participation and coverage in the 116 municipalities of the department. Because of its important work, it has clear sports processes of massification and continuous development where the practice of soccer is promoted in its different manifestations, establishing municipal commissions, which strengthen the competitiveness and representation of the league in the municipalities in search of talents and high performance at the national level. The competition is one of the main objectives of the league in its different categories, modalities and branches; of such importance, that, to guarantee resources, the league establishes management strategies that allow it to fulfill its goals and commitments with high standards, counting for the year 2022 with a defined budget and a strategic investment according to the planned goals, executed, directed and controlled by the league.
