Estudio De Factibilidad Para La Creación De Una Organización Productora Y Comercializadora De Yogurt Con Sabor A Piña En Facatativá Cundinamarca

Abstract

El presente trabajo surge como una idea de negocio familia, quienes desean convertir su trabajo, conocimiento, experiencia y proceso artesanal; en una actividad tecnificada, moderno y de excelente calidad, además de responder a las necesidades de los consumidores con un yogurt con sabor a piña con beneficios saludables y a un precio accesible, por otra parte, se cumplirá con las normas mínimas de salubridad, dictadas por el gobierno de Colombia bajo el decreto 616 de 2006.

Para el desarrollo del estudio de factibilidad se realiza un estudio descriptivo y evaluativo que pretende buscar las principales características del producto, conocer el estado actual de la demanda y de la oferta; así mismo, se desarrollara un estudio técnico y financiero, en donde se muestra la viabilidad o no del proyecto, que recursos se necesitan para llevarlo a cabo y toda la infraestructura necesaria para el montaje y puesta en marcha de la planta; de esta manera se contribuirá al desarrollo técnico del sector y al cuidado de la salud de toda la población de estos municipios.

ABSTRACT

The present work emerges as a family business idea, who want to convert their work, knowledge, experience and craft process; in a modern, technical and excellent quality activity, In addition to responding to the needs of consumers with a pineapple-flavored yogurt with healthy benefits and at an affordable price, on the other hand, the minimum standards of health, dictated by the Colombian government under decree 616 of 2006 will be complied with.

For developming of the feasibility study, a descriptive and evaluative study is carried out that seeks to find the main characteristics of the product, to know the current state of demand and supply; similarly, a technical and financial study will be developed, where the viability or not of the project is shown, what resources are needed to carry it out and all the necessary infrastructure for the assembly and commissioning of the plant; This will contribute to the technical development of the sector and the health care of the entire population of these municipalities
