Fortalecimiento de la documentación de procesos en la E.S.E Hospital el Salvador de Ubaté

Abstract

El presente informe final se enmarca en un objetivo general y tres específicos, desarrollados los cuales se realizan teniendo en cuenta el Modelo Integrado de Planeación y Gestión (MIPG), el cual recomienda la documentación de procedimientos y procesos como parte de la gestión por procesos, velando por la contribución en el aprendizaje o conocimiento de la organización, teniendo como soporte para su cumplimiento el macroproceso de evaluación y subproceso de control interno actuando en la séptima dimensión del MIPG e integrado con el Modelo Estándar de Control Interno (MECI), área en donde se desarrolló la pasantía. En el documento se describe el estado actual de la documentación de las actividades realizadas por los macroprocesos identificando inconsistencias o incumplimientos frente al manual para la elaboración y control de documentos de la institución, a través de este fortalecimiento, sé buscó identificar la situación actual, analizar la información encontrada para cada subprocesos y su debido documento además de compartir esta información con las personas idóneas, así como de generar conciencia y fomentar una cultura organizacional orientada la adecuada documentación de procesos. This final report is framed in a general objective and three specific objectives, developed taking into account the Integrated Model of Planning and Management (MIPG), which recommends the documentation of procedures and processes as part of process management, ensuring the contribution in learning or knowledge of the organization, having as support for compliance with the macro-process of evaluation and internal control subprocess acting in the seventh dimension of the MIPG and integrated with the Standard Model of Internal Control (MECI), area where the internship was developed. The document describes the current status of the documentation of the activities carried out by the macroprocesses, identifying inconsistencies or non-compliance with the manual for the preparation and control of documents of the institution, through this strengthening, I sought to identify the current situation, analyze the information found for each sub-process and its due document in addition to sharing this information with the right people, as well as to raise awareness and promote an organizational culture oriented to the proper documentation of processes.
