Apoyo técnico operativo y analítico en la implementación del Proyecto ISU 2025-II Universidad de Cundinamarca, fomentando al fortalecimiento de empresarios y emprendedores de la comunidad de Chía y Tabio.

Abstract

Este informe integra las diversas experiencias y conocimientos adquiridos durante la pasantía con un periodo de cuatro meses, llevadas a cabo dentro del Instituto de Interacción Social Universitaria (ISU) de la Universidad de Cundinamarca Extensión Chía, con el propósito de brindar apoyo técnico, logístico y analítico en la implementación del proyecto ISU 2025-ll, fortaleciendo emprendedores de municipios como Chía, Tabio y Piura Perú. Desarrollando habilidades administrativas en los procesos de la institución alineándose en los lineamientos del modelo educativo digital Transmoderno (MEDIT). En este desarrollo se llevaron a cabo 4 fases. La primera fase se realizó inducción al área, una revisión y análisis con bases de datos históricos, la segunda fase de apoyo con los eventos institucionales como el simposio, semana universitaria y taller de Piura Perú, realizando QR de asistencia, evidencias fotográficas, y creación de informes. En la tercera fase con el fin de dar cumplimiento al objetivo inicial de la pasantía se realizó el desarrollo del taller en Tabio titulado “turismo de los sentidos”, creando bitácoras, actividades, asistencia, actualización y depuración de bases de datos. La última fase, con la información obtenida durante este periodo, se realizó un consolidado de base de datos desde el 2023-l hasta el 2025-ll, que permitió presentar en un tablero de Power BI avances del área por región año y emprendimientos. Además, realizar asesorías en la oficina del CDEI, dando un cierre positivo, en el fortalecimiento de la gestión documental, el desarrollo institucional, aportando resultados tangibles, que permiten la continuidad del proyecto.

This report integrates the diverse experiences and knowledge acquired during afour- month internship at the University Social Interaction Institute (ISU) of the University of Cundinamarca, Chía campus. The internship aimed to provide technical, logistical, and analytical support for the implementation of the ISU 2025- II project, strengthening entrepreneurs in municipalities such as Chía, Tabio, and Piura, Peru. It also involved developing administrative skills in the Institution's Processes, Aligning with the guidelines of the Transmodern Digital Educational Model (MEDIT). This internship was carried out in four phases. The first phase consisted of an orientation to the area, a review and analysis of historical databases, and support for institutional events such as the symposium, University Week, and workshop in Piura, Peru. This support included creating attendance QR codes, taking photographic evidence, and generating reports. In the third phase, to fulfill the initial objective of the internship, a workshop entitled "Sensory Tourism" was conducted in Tabio. This involved creating logs, tracking activities, providing attendance, and updating and cleaning databases. The final phase, using the information gathered during this period, resulted in a consolidated database covering the period from 2023-I to 2025-II. This allowed for the presentation of progress in the area by region, year, and specific projects on a Power BI dashboard. Additionally, consulting services were provided at the CDEI office, resulting in a positive conclusion that strengthened document management and institutional development, yielding tangible results that ensure the project's continuity.
