Relación entre el consumo de alcohol y la aceptación social de pares en los adolescentes de la institución educativa manuel elkin patarroyo del municipio de girardot cundinamarca, en el ipa y el iipa del 2017.

Abstract

RESUMEN: La aceptación social por medio del consumo de alcohol en los adolescentes, genera impacto en el desarrollo de esta etapa y en la consolidación de su personalidad, ya que esta, es una etapa de cambios y adapataciónes constantes en el curso de la vida, siendo importante la aceptación social por parte de los pares/gruposde amigos, establecido así por la fisiología, psicología humana y su comportamiento social, buscando entonces establecer la relación entre la aceptación social y el consumo de alcohol en los adolescentes. Enfoque: cuantitativo, de corte transversal, alcence descriptivo-correlacional. Participaron 48 estudiantes entre 12 y 16 años buscan obtener aceptación social adoptando los comportamientos que se esperan socialmente por part de sus pares, ante esto se reconoce que las mujeres acceden más al consumo del alcohol cuando se los propone alguien con quien guardan un lazo afectivo mayor (mejor amigo)m y por otro lado los hombres acceden más consumo cuando se encuentran dentro de un grupo de amigos que realizan esta acción, adoptando las conductas socialmente esperadas. Conclusión: La adolescencia como etapa de constantes cambios y adptación social, induce al ser a adoptar conductas que se esperan de él, consolidando su personalidad según las actividades que realice y realicen aquellas personas de sus misma edad qon quienes se sienta más identificado y encuentre más idoneidad. ABSTRACT: Social acceptance throgh the use of alcohol in adolescents, has an impact on the developtment of this stage and the consolidation of their personality, since this it a stage of constant changes and adaptations in the course of life, being important social acceptanceby peers/groups of friends, establishe by physiology, human psychology and social behavior, seeking then to establish the relationship between social acceptance and alcohol consumption in adolescents. Approach: quantitative cross-sectional, descriptive-correlational. 48 students between 12 and 16 years of age participated in the Manuel Elkin Patarroyo Educational Institution of Girardot, Cundinamarca fulfilling the inclusion criteria, obtaining data was acheved through an instrument collected and validated in the population of the same institution; they were consolidated and analyzed in a Microsoft Excel matrix and the Past program using different test statistics according to requirements. Results: Adolescents between 12 and 16 years seek socail acceptance by adopting the behaviors that are expected socially by their peers, before this it recognized that women have more access to alcohol consumption when they are proposed by someone with whom they have an affective bond greater (best friend), and on the other hand men gain more access to consumption when they are within a group of friends who perform this action, adopting the socially expected behaviors. Conclusión: Adolescence as a stage of constant changes and social adaptation, induces the being to adopt behaviors that are expected of him, consolidating his personality according to the activities carried out and carried out by people of thesame age with whom he feels more identified and finds more suitability.
