Grupos de exposición similar (ges) en docentes del municipio de girardot año 2016

Abstract

RESUMEN: La investigació consiste en clasificar por Grupos de Exposición Similar (GES) los docentes del Municipio de Girardo, tomando como muestra la Institución Edcativa Manuel Elkin Patarroyo, ya que surge la necesidad de encontrar en el entorno laboral los diversos factores de riesgo existentes en la institución, en donde es necesario realizar estudios detallados sobre los efectos que pueden causar estos factores, tanto en la salud física, como en la salud mental, con el fin de generar diagnósticos especificos que permitan tomar desiciones oportunas y efectivas y así reducir los riesgos. Ya con la información validad sobre los peligros y riesgos a los que se exponen los docentes en la realización de sus tareas se podrá generar a futuro las intervencionales necesarias para prevenir o disminuir los peligros y enfermedades laborales y finalmente se pueda garantizar el bienestar de los trabajadores. Todo esto se hace con base en macro proyecto sobre las condiciones de trabajo y salud que determinan la calidad de vida de los trabajadores de las empresas legalmente constituidas en el Municipio de Girardot, el cual se viene desarrollando desde el año 2009 en la Universidad de Cundinamarca. Los beneficios de este proyecto respecto al sector educativo serán muy importantes ya que se realizrán un marco de referencia el cual podrá servir para ejecutar las intervencones adecuadas encaminadas a mitigar los riesgos existentes en cada procso y tarea específica de los docentes, creando a la vez el conocimiento en la población trabajadora. ABSTRACT: The research consists on identifying the groups of similar exposition in working teenagers of the country of Girardot. This research is due to the need of finding the existing risks of a working environment in a institution. Where it is necessary to do a detailed study on the effects of these risks on mental health as well as physical health. With the goal of generating specific diagnostics that allow to take opportune and effective decisions to reduce these risks. By having valid information of these risks on the working youth fulfilling their duties, in the future there there can be interventions to reduce or prevent labor related risks and injuries to ensure the well being of workers. This done through a macro project about working conditions and health that determine the quality of life for employees in legally stablished compaines in the country of Girardot this project has been developing since 2009 in the university of Cundinamarca. The benefits of this project in the education area will be important to help build a reference frame to help execute adequate interventions to ease existing risks for the employees in the working environment. this project will also help create awareness among the work forcé.
