Estudio de factibilidad de un proyecto productivo de pollos de engorde en el municipio de Funza Cundinamarca

Abstract

En el presente estudio de factibilidad se expone de manera detalla el análisis que se realizó a la viabilidad de un proyecto productivo de producción y comercialización de pollo de engorde en el municipio de Funza Cundinamarca. La investigación parte con el análisis de las condiciones actuales del sector avícola y de la alimentación en el municipio de Funza Cundinamarca, buscando consolidar la problemática bajo la cual el proyecto encuentre sustento y sea más claro el horizonte del mismo, los medos por los cuales se obtuvo la información fueron fuentes primarias y secundarias con apoyo en una encuesta, teniendo en cuenta aspectos normativos, teóricos, conceptuales y geográficos, a través de un análisis del mercado se identificaron las principales variantes e identificación del consumidor, población objetivo, tendencia del mercado, características propias del producto, composición entre otras propias del producto, por otro lado se realizó determinación de la demanda y competencia, así como tendencia de precios en el municipio, posteriormente, con el desarrollo de un estudio técnico, se determinaron los procesos para la operación del proyecto, además de otros puntos importantes como la infraestructura, el consumo de servicios y aspectos normativos y administrativos para la constitución del proyecto, Finalmente, el desarrollo del estudio financiero, permitió determinar la viabilidad del proyecto, al emplear variables y los presupuestos que se establecieron y que son requeridos para el desarrollo de la actividad, considerando los recursos, las ventas e ingresos, costos y gastos, punto de equilibrio e indicadores financieros como sustento de los flujos del proyecto.

This feasibility study presents in detail the analysis that was carried out on the viability of a productive project for the production and marketing of broiler chicken in the municipality of Funza Cundinamarca. The research begins with the analysis of the current conditions of the poultry and food sector in the municipality of Funza Cundinamarca, seeking to consolidate the problems under which the project finds support and its horizon is clearer, the methods by which it is The information was obtained from primary and secondary sources supported by a survey, taking into account normative, theoretical, conceptual and geographical aspects, through a market analysis the main variants and identification of the consumer, target population, market trend were identified. characteristics of the product, composition among others typical of the product, on the other hand, determination of demand and competition was carried out, as well as price trends in the municipality, subsequently, with the development of a technical study, the processes for the operation were determined of the project, in addition to other important points such as infrastructure, consumption of services and regulatory and administrative aspects for the constitution of the project. Finally, the development of the financial study made it possible to determine the viability of the project, by using variables and the budgets that were established and that are required for the development of the activity, considering the resources, sales and income, costs and expenses, balance point and financial indicators as support for the project flows.
