Caracterización socioeconómica de los estudiantes del programa de administración de empresas seccional girardot año 2016

Abstract

RESUMEN: El ser humano está capacitado para adaptarse a los ambientes en que le toca vivir a lo largo de su vida, con el paso del tiempo desarrolla destrezas y habilidades para pasar por cada una de las etapas que tiene en su camino. El contexto de interacción de un individuo está basado normalmente en la familia, la educación, su desempeño laboral y su personalidad. La Universidad es un lugar que por sus características es centro de convergencia de jóvenes que ingresan buscando educarse, instruirse y fomentar su crecimiento intelectual y personal, respondiendo a las necesidades y características que presenta un estudiante. por tal motivo se requiere que estas instituciones periódicamente tengan información de primera mano de sus integrantes con el fin de desarrollar herramientas que conlleven al bienestar de su alumnado. Por tanto todo tipo de información que se obtenga sobre las características inherentes al individuo, es una base de información muy importante que sirve para guiar las acciones que se pueden tomar. Este trabajo investigó cuáles son las características socioeconómicas de los estudiantes del Programa de Administración de Empresas Seccional Girardot que se encuentran inscritos para el año 2016 y permitirá conocer las variables que contextualizan al estudiante y las posibles oportunidades de mejoramiento para la aplicación de políticas institucionales que responda a problemas o que impulsen al aprovechamiento de los recursos con que cuenta la institución. ABSTRAC: The human being is able to adapt to the environments in which he has to live throughout his life, over time he develops the skills and abilities to go through each of the stages that he has in his way. The interaction context of an individual is usually based on family, education, work performance and personality. The University is a place that by its characteristics is a center of convergence of young people who enter seeking to educate themselves, educate themselves and promote their intellectual and personal growth, responding to the needs and characteristics that a student presents. For this reason it is required that these instituions periodically have first-hand information from their members, in order to develop tools that lead to the well-being of their students. Therefore , all kinds of information that is obtained on the characteristics inherentto the individual, is very important information base that serves to guide the actions that can be taken. This work investigated the socioeconomic characteristics of Girardot Sections Administration students enrolled for the year 2016 and will allow to know the variables that contextualize the student and the possible opportunities for improvement for the application of institutional policies that repond to problems or that impel to the use resources that the institution has.
