Item Propuesta estrategia Pedagógica basada en la emocionalidad y afectividad para generar un buen ambiente en el aula.(2022-06-08) Alturo Góngora, Anggy RocíoEn la actualidad son muy altos los índices de violencia en las Instituciones educativas del país. Esto a causa, de que no le prestan la importancia necesaria a la incorporación de la dimensión emocional-afectiva. Este trabajo propone crear una estrategia pedagógica basada en la emocionalidad y la afectividad. Se implementó el método de revisión documental a través de fichas bibliográficas, cuyos resultados fueron recolectar trabajos escritos acerca del tema propuesto en donde diferentes autores dieron su aporte, creando bases solventadas para la creación de la propuesta. Para concluir, es importante mencionar que la afectividad y la emocionalidad son ineludibles en la escuela puesto que permiten el desarrollo emocional y académico del menor además de su buen desempeño en los contextos que lo rodean. Teniendo esto en cuenta, se recomienda la incorporación de la emocionalidad y la afectividad en la escuela y en todos los escenarios posibles a través de estrategias que fortalezcan y faciliten su implementación, puesto que, esto permite que el estudiante se desarrolle integralmente con un desempeño social exitoso y académicamente también se logren los objetivos. ABSTRACT: At present, the rates of violence in the educational institutions of the country are very high. This is due to the fact that they do not give the necessary importance to the incorporation of the emotional-affective dimension. This work proposes the creation of a pedagogical strategy based on emotionality and affectivity. In order to answer the research question, the documentary review method was implemented through bibliographic files, whose results were to collect written works about the proposed topic where different authors gave their contribution, creating a solved basis for the creation of the proposal. To conclude, it is important to mention that affectivity and emotionality are unavoidable at school since they allow the emotional and academic development of the child as well as his or her good performance in the contexts that surround him or her. Taking this into account, the incorporation of emotionality and affectivity at school and in all possible scenarios is recommended through strategies that strengthen and facilitate its implementation, since this allows the student to develop integrally with a successful social performance and academically also achieve the objectives.
