En el presente trabajo se propone desarrollar un sistema de costos por órdenes de producción para Districarnes Acuña que funcione como herramienta en la toma de decisiones, el objetivo que tiene es dar a conocer al comerciante los hechos y las situaciones reales de su establecimiento para poder ampliar su mercado, esto se llevara acabo si el gerente implementa el sistema que se creó, con la finalidad de aumentar la rentabilidad que tiene hasta la fecha, minimizando los costos y optimizando los recursos con los que cuenta, y con esto se evitaran escenarios desfavorables que puedan afectar la continuidad del establecimiento. El cumplimiento de los objetivos planteados en esta investigación se dará en diferentes pasos, pero entre los más importantes tenemos: conocer los procesos que desarrolla Districarnes Acuña con la finalidad de identificar algunos de los costos en que incurren dichos procesos, implementando la determinación y asignación de los costos, y finalmente mostrando las ventajas, que tiene Districarnes Acuña al acogerse e implementar el sistema de costos por órdenes de producción. Teniendo en cuenta que los datos obtenidos durante esta investigación pueden variar debido a la dinámica del mercado de este tipo de actividad económica. ABSTRACT In this paper it is proposed to develop a cost system for production orders for Districarnes Acuña that works as a decision-making tool, the objective of which is to make the merchant aware of the facts and real situations of its establishment in order to expand its market, this will take place if the manager implements the system that was created, in order to increase the profitability that it has to date, minimizing costs and optimizing the resources it has, and with this, unfavorable scenarios that may affect the continuity of the establishment. The fulfillment of the objectives set out in this research will take place in different steps, but among the most important we have: knowing the processes that Districarnes Acuña develops in order to identify some of the costs incurred by these processes, implementing the determination and allocation of the costs, and finally showing the advantages, that Districarnes Acuña has by accepting and implementing the cost system for production orders. Taking into account that the data obtained during this investigation may vary due to the dynamics of the market of this type of economic activity.
