A partir de los cambios planteados por el Plan de Desarrollo Institucional, se identifica el profesor como gestor del conocimiento y el aprendizaje, así, la universidad promueve el fortalecer y consolidar la Escuela de Formación y Aprendizaje Docente promoviendo la interacción en las comunidades académicas; esta pasantía buscó apoyar las actividades desarrolladas por esta dependencia dada la importancia de los docentes en la formación integral de los estudiantes, además de sus aportes a la interacción social y la investigación de la institución. En el desarrollo de esta pasantía se puso en práctica el conocimiento a lo largo de la carrera, entre ellos, la influencia de la gestión humana, la importancia de los procesos administrativos, la utilidad de la gestión tecnológica, el desarrollo de habilidades gerenciales, la comunicación asertiva y la importancia de la resolución de oportunidades de mejora, así como la aplicabilidad del ciclo administrativo como herramienta para la gestión. La pasantía ejecutada en la Escuela de Formación y Aprendizaje Docente permitió evidenciar la sinergia entre la formación y el aprendizaje por parte de los gestores como agentes de la nueva apuesta de la universidad hacia la formación de personas que hacen parte de una sociedad y aportan a la misma desde diferentes esferas, así mismo, en este espacio se logró dar cumplimiento a los objetivos planteados en la propuesta de la pasantía, mientras en el desarrollo de la misma se vivió el trabajo de equipo, abriendo un espacio para aportar y crecer a nivel personal y profesional. _____ From the changes proposed by the Institutional Development Plan, the professor is identified as a manager of knowledge and learning, thus, the university promotes the strengthening and consolidation of the School of Teacher Training and Learning promoting interaction in academic communities; this internship sought to support the activities developed by this unit given the importance of teachers in the integral formation of students, in addition to their contributions to social interaction and research of the institution. In the development of this internship, the knowledge acquired throughout the career was put into practice, among them, the influence of human management, the importance of administrative processes, the usefulness of technological management, the development of managerial skills, assertive communication and the importance of the resolution of opportunities for improvement, as well as the applicability of the administrative cycle as a tool for management.
