Reestructuración organizacional al hostal San Nicolás de la Provincia del Valle de Ubaté.

En este proyecto, se realizó una reestructuración del Hostal San Nicolás, ubicado en la provincia del Valle de San Diego de Ubaté Cundinamarca, con el propósito de fortalecerla organizacionalmente en aspectos que afectan su desempeño, como una empresa prestadora de servicios de hospedaje, camping, restaurante, etc; en un sector que presenta un nivel de competencia con estándares altos en prestación de servicios. Para esto se realizó un análisis de las tendencias del mercado de los hoteles ecoturísticos a nivel nacional e internacional, al igual se desarrolló un diagnostico interno y externo para determinar las fortalezas, debilidad, oportunidades y amenazas, de allí se diseñó un plan de acción a seguir para poder llevar a buen término el objetivo general del presente trabajo El Hostal San Nicolás es un lugar turístico muy reconocido en la provincia de Ubaté, que merece toda la atención por parte de la universidad de Cundinamarca para fortalecer su estructura empresarial, por ende, mejorar las condiciones de las personas que allí trabajan, mejorar el nivel de competitividad de la región y del Departamento. ABSTRACT This project was restructured through a case study of the Hostal San Nicolás, located in the municipality of Ubaté Cundinamarca, with the purpose of strengthening this business unit in an aspect that I need within administrative aspects that may affect its competitiveness. For this, an analysis of the market trends of ecotourism hotels was carried out at a national and international level, as well as an internal and external diagnosis to determine the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats, from there an action plan was designed to continue in order to bring to fruition the general objective of this work The Hostal San Nicolás is a highly recognized tourist place in the province of Ubaté, which deserves all the attention from the University of Cundinamarca to strengthen its business structure, therefore, improve the conditions of the people who work there, improve the level competitiveness of the region and the Department
