Cartilla De Los Componentes De Entrenamiento Del Futbol Base (6 A 13 Años)

Resumen: El presente trabajo tiene como finalidad la elaboración de una cartilla sobre los componentes para el entrenamiento del Futbol Base (de 6 a 13 años) que permita ser un apoyo a los entrenadores de Futbol en las edades de iniciación deportiva. Para ello se determinó primeramente el enfoque cualitativo como ruta metodológica para la realización de la investigación, para abordar el tema principal y realizar el estudio. Para ello se realizó una revisión bibliográfica teniendo en cuenta los componentes a trabajar, tomando como base algunas Teorías que hablan de los procesos formativos en el futbol desde las edades tempranas. (Anselmi, 2015 y Wein, 2004) y algunos antecedentes (Brüggeman, y D. Albrecht, D., 2000) que nos permitieran establecer paralelos con nuestro proceso de investigación y mantener una retroalimentación constante. Al igual, se realizó una encuesta cualitativa sobre el futbol base y cuáles serían los componentes más importantes a trabajar en estas edades y que permitan el desarrollo íntegro del deportista, surgiendo la necesidad de la realización de material pedagógico concerniente al tema. Siguiendo la ruta metodológica establecida por (Hernández, Fernández y Baptista, 2014) de 9 Fases para la elaboración de una investigación cualitativa. Finalmente se utilizó el programa Microsoft PowerPoint para realizar la cartilla ya que es de fácil acceso para los estudiantes y permite desarrollar presentaciones multimedia. Abstract: The purpose of this work is to prepare a primer on the components for the training of Base Soccer (from 6 to 13 years old) that will be a support for Soccer coaches at sports initiation ages. For this, the qualitative approach was first determined as a methodological route for conducting the research, to address the main topic and carry out the study. For this, a bibliographic review was carried out taking into account the components to be worked on, based on some Theories that speak of the formative processes in soccer from the early ages. (Anselmi, 2015 and Wein, 2004) and some background (Brüggeman, and D. Albrecht, D., 2000) that would allow us to draw parallels with our research process and maintain constant feedback. Likewise, a qualitative survey was carried out on grassroots football and what would be the most important components to work with at these ages and that would allow the athlete to develop fully, raising the need to carry out pedagogical material on the subject. Following the methodological route established by (Hernández, Fernández and Baptista, 2014) of 9 Phases for the preparation of a qualitative investigation. Finally, the Microsoft PowerPoint program was used to make the booklet since it is easily accessible for students and allows the development of multimedia presentations.
