El presente informe tiene la finalidad de dar evidencia del trabajo realizado en la Oficina de Secretaria de Gobierno de la Alcaldía Municipal de Pasca - Cundinamarca, en donde para la ejecución de la pasantía se propusieron una serie actividades a desarrollar con relación a las actividades que la Oficina apoya y participa tanto dentro y fuera de las instalaciones. Como primera parte cabe mencionar que la Oficina de Secretaria de Gobierno no cuenta con un catálogo de sistemas de información actualizado como lo delimita el Ministerio de las Tecnologías de la Información y las Telecomunicaciones por ende se procedió a Parametrizar e implementar la herramienta conocida como GLPI, la cual es un software libre que permite dicho proceso, esta herramienta tiene dentro de sus funciones, servir de mesa de ayuda que es otro punto del que la Oficina de Secretaria de Gobierno quiere implementar en la entidad y en donde la pasantía tuvo un fuerte trabajo ya que se logró dejar implementada la herramienta para cumplir el papel mencionado con anterioridad. Además de esto se midió el nivel de percepción que tenían los usuarios en cuanto a los soportes que eran realizados por funcionarios de la entidad pública, esto mediante una encuesta que se diseñó para tal fin, todo con el propósito de mejorar la calidad de dichos soportes, y por último se llevó a cabo el desarrollo de actividades secundarias que tenían enfoques ingenieriles y que permitieron el desarrollo de aprendizajes mediante lo experimental. The purpose of this report is to provide evidence of the work carried out in the Office of Secretary of Government of the Municipal Mayor's Office of Pasca - Cundinamarca, where for the execution of the internship a series of activities were proposed to be developed in relation to the activities that the Office supports and participates both inside and outside the facilities. As a first part, it is worth mentioning that the Office of secretary of government does not have an updated catalog of information systems as delimited by the Ministry of Information Technologies and Telecommunications, therefore it proceeded to parameterize and implement the tool known as GLPI, which is a free software that allows this process, This tool has within its functions, to serve as a help desk that is another point that the Office of Secretary of Government wants to implement in the entity and where the internship had a strong work since it was possible to leave the tool implemented to fulfill the role mentioned above. In addition to this, the level of perception that users had regarding the supports that were made by officials of the public entity was measured, this through a survey that was designed for this purpose, all with the purpose of improving the quality of said supports, and finally the development of secondary activities that had engineering approaches and that allowed the development of learning through the experimental was carried out.
