El presente informe, contiene información sobre el proceso de ciclo practico realizado en la empresa SINOVA S.A.S, seleccionado como la opción de grado viable para aplicar conceptos teórico prácticos recibidos durante toda la carrera y así recorriendo un camino dentro de la organización donde se realizaron integraciones con el uso de herramientas de comunicación y colaboración en la nube bajo licenciamiento de Google Workspace y tecnología App Script, iniciando en un proceso de capacitación y reforzamiento de conocimientos por parte de la compañía, apoyo en el área de soporte solucionando casos reportados por lo clientes y finalmente desarrollando propuestas de valor para servicios que resolverán necesidades para clientes y Partner’s de la organización. ABSTRACT This report contains information about the practical cycle process carried out in the company SINOVA S.A.S, selected as the viable degree option to apply practical theoretical concepts received throughout the career and thus traveling a path within the organization where integrations were made with the use of communication and collaboration tools in the cloud under Google Workspace licensing and App Script technology, starting a process of training and reinforcement of knowledge by the company, support in the support area solving cases reported by customers and finally developing 12 value proposals for services that will solve needs for clients and Partner's of the organization.
