Resumen La denotada importancia de los procesos administrativos y una adecuada planificación estratégica en la empresa Mina Mortiño 2JD en el Municipio de Ráquira, Boyacá, es fundamental para lograr una gestión eficiente, sostenible y exitosa de la mina. Estos elementos van a otorgar un papel vital en la dirección y operación de la empresa, permitiendo alcanzar objetivos y adaptarse a los cambios del entorno empresarial y de la industria minera. En este proceso de reestructuración administrativa, se llevaron a cabo cambios en la manera en que la mina es gestionada y operada. Esto podría incluir modificaciones en la organización interna, la asignación de responsabilidades, la optimización de los procesos operativos o la optimización de recursos. El objetivo de esta reestructuración es aumentar la eficiencia, la productividad y la rentabilidad de la mina, así como mejorar su gestión en general. Sin embargo, estos aspectos podrán visibilizarse en el momento de su implementación, para identificar una mejora continua. En este sentido, esta investigación aportará una primera fase relacionada con el diagnóstico organizacional, desde allí se consideran los aspectos determinantes en la construcción de estrategias que constituyan un plan de acción que resuelva de manera efectiva las necesidades de la empresa, potenciando las fortalezas y mitigando los aspectos negativos de la organización. Abstract The importance of administrative processes and strategic planning in the company Mina Mortiño 2JD in the municipality of Ráquira, Boyacá, is fundamental to achieve an efficient, sustainable, and successful management of the mine. These elements play a crucial role in the management and operation of the company, allowing to achieve objectives and adapt to changes in the business environment and the mining industry. In this management restructuring process, changes were made to the way the mine is managed and operated. This could include changes in internal organization, allocation of responsibilities, improvement of operational processes or optimization of resources. The objective of this restructuring is to increase the efficiency, productivity, and profitability of the mine, as well as to improve its overall management. However, these aspects may become visible at the time of implementation, to identify continuous improvement. In this sense, this research will provide a first phase related to the organizational diagnosis, from there the determining aspects are considered in the construction of strategies that constitute an action plan that is in line with the needs of the company, enhancing the strengths and mitigating the negative aspects of the organization.
