Diseño de un manual con identificación de riesgos de facturación electrónica para las ferreterías en Fusagasugá.

Abstract

El comercio electrónico gracias al sistema implementado por la Dian “facturación electrónica” ha permitido que se genere una supervisión de los movimientos que se realizan, ha permitido llegar a más clientes de todo el mundo, con esta herramienta se ha obtenido una seguridad, competitividad, confianza y facilidad de las operaciones en todo tipo de entidades, ha brindado la oportunidad de un mayor control de los tributos y de la evasión de estos mismos, es por esto que se planteó diagnosticar este sistema en empresas ferreteras con el fin de observar y entender si les ha funcionado, como ha sido su manejo, diseño e implementación, cual software han utilizado y si ha sido el que mejor se ha adaptado a su actividad económica, se tendrá en cuenta la técnica de observación tomando como referencia los documentos publicados de autores expertos en el tema para su revisión bibliográfica y fuentes de la normativa de este sistema, por último se realizaron entrevistas de algunos compradores de las ferreterías con el fin de obtener una opinión del manejo y su experiencia con este nuevo sistema.
