Abstract

RESUMEN. En este trabajo se delimita una serie de acciones para la depuración y consolidación de información para sanear la cartera del departamento de cobro coactivo en la Secretaria de Tránsito y Movilidad de Ubaté, con la observación, estudio y revisión de cifras en función de su pronto recaudo y determinación de cartera a castigar para que se refleje la realidad económica; se establece un paso a paso con los criterios de cobro coactivo y actividades que se consideran oportunas para el análisis de cifras. Se revisó la normatividad vigente y otros aportes en el área en cuanto a depuración y saneamiento contable, Normas Internacionales de Información Financiera en el Sector Público, y cobro coactivo. Se describen los riesgos, una serie de hallazgos, la interpretación tanto de cifras como de estadísticas, observaciones y recomendaciones para que esta cartera presente un mejor orden y a su vez veracidad en el entorno contable. This work defines a series of actions for the purification and consolidation of information to clean up the portfolio of the coercive collection department at the Secretary of Traffic and Mobility of Ubaté, with the observation, study and revision of figures based on their prompt collection and determination of the portfolio to be punished so that the economic reality is reflected; a step-by-step is established with the criteria of coercive collection and activities that are considered appropriate for the analysis of figures. The current regulations and other contributions in the area were reviewed as regards debugging and accounting consolidation, International Financial Reporting Standards in the Public Sector, and coercive collection. The risks, a series of findings, the interpretation of both figures and statistics, observations and recommendations are described so that this portfolio presents a better order and at the same time truthfulness in the accounting environment.
