Apoyo administrativo y financiero en el fondo de pensiones territoriales de fusagasuga cundinamarca durante el año 2018

Abstract

La pasantía titulada APOYO ADMINISTRATIVO Y FINANCIERO EN EL FONDO DE PENSIONES TERRITORIALES DE FUSAGASUGA CUNDINAMARCA DURANTE EL AÑO 2018, se centró en la creación de bases de datos pertinentes para la alcaldía de Fusagasugá, en lo concerniente a las cuotas partes pensionales por pagar de las cuales el municipio era deudor. Para lo cual se realizó de manera previa un contexto histórico de la normatividad más relevante en cuanto a cuotas partes pensionales desde el año 1969, hasta la circular 069 de 2008 que unificaría los procedimientos para reconocer y pagar una obligación pensional como cuota parte. Así mismo, se realizaron oficios, resoluciones administrativas y CDP una vez revisada toda la normatividad prevista en la circular 069 de 2008, con respecto a cuotas partes pensionales por pagar. Por último, se centró la actividad en la apropiación y conocimiento pertinente de la normatividad requerida en los procesos de cobro coactivo, solventando así un proceso entre Colpensiones y el municipio de Fusagasugá el cual podrá ser verificado en los RESULTADOS OBTENIDOS con un documento de Fonpet en el cual se aprecia el detalle del pago de la deuda. ABSTRACT The internship titled ADMINISTRATIVE AND FINANCIAL SUPPORT IN THE TERRITORIAL PENSION FUND OF FUSAGASUGA CUNDINAMARCA DURING THE YEAR 2018, focused on the creation of pertinent databases for the mayor of Fusagasugá, with regard to the pension shares payable shares of which the municipality was debtor. For which purpose, a historical context of the most relevant regulations was made in terms of pension shares from 1969, until the circular 069 of 2008 that would unify the procedures to recognize and pay a pension obligation as a part share. Likewise, trades, administrative resolutions and CDP were carried out once all the regulations provided for in Circular 069 of 2008 were revised, with respect to pension shares payable. Finally, the activity was focused on the appropriation and pertinent knowledge of the regulations required in the coercive collection processes, thus solving a process between Colpensiones and the municipality of Fusagasugá which could be verified in the RESULTS OBTAINED with a Fonpet document in which shows the detail of the payment of the debt.
