Abstract

Resumen: La presente investigación se realiza con el fin de identificar las actividades que ejecuta la empresa INVERSIONES CAFUR IPS SAS al prestar el servicio de imágenes diagnósticas a los hospitales que alquila sus equipos médicos que son el Hospital San Rafael de Facatativá, Hospital San Rafael de Fusagasugá y Hospital Mario Gaitán Yanguas después de identificadas las tareas se asignarán los costos en función de los recursos consumidos por las actividades para tener control de la empresa y la gerencia pueda tomar decisiones para lograr mejoras en sus procesos y de esta manera reducir costos en los mismos, permitiéndole a la entidad obtener una ventaja competitiva en su mercado.
