Estudio De Factibilidad Económica Para Determinar La Rentabilidad De Una Granja Avícola En La Finca La Fortuna Ubicada En El Municipio De La Vega Cundinamarca.

Abstract

El presente proyecto muestra el estudio de factibilidad económica realizada a una granja avícola productora de huevos, en la finca La Fortuna ubicada en el municipio de La Vega Cundinamarca, con el fin de determinar la rentabilidad. Para dar inicio al desarrollo del trabajo se relaciona el problema a investigar, la justificación, los objetivos, el marco referencial (teórico, histórico, conceptual, legal, geográfico) en el que se hace un bosquejo del entorno del municipio de la Vega donde la granja pretende desarrollar sus actividades de producción y comercialización de huevos. Por otra parte, se realiza un estudio de mercado en el cual se identifican los diferentes tipos de raza de gallinas, características del huevo, sistemas de avicultura, análisis del mercado, comportamiento del sector de postura en Colombia, como también presenta aspectos sobre la oferta y la demanda, análisis de precios y comercialización. Seguidamente se realiza el estudio técnico en donde se analiza el tamaño del proyecto, se hace mención de la infraestructura física, servicios básicos, recursos, y proyecciones para analizar las variables del mercado. Y por último se elabora el estudio financiero para determinar variables y presupuestos económicos que permitieron identificar los recursos necesarios para llevar a cabo el proyecto tales como: recursos de inversión, ingresos, egresos, costos y gastos en los que se pueda incurrir la ejecución del proyecto. ABSTRACT This project shows the economic feasibility study carried out on a poultry farm that produces eggs, on the La Fortuna farm located in the municipality of La Vega Cundinamarca, in order to determine profitability. To start the development of the work, the problem to be investigated, the justification, the objectives, the referential framework (theoretical, historical, conceptual, legal, geographical) are related, in which a sketch of the environment of the municipality of La Vega is made, where the farm intends to develop its egg production and marketing activities. On the other hand, a market study is carried out in which the different types of breed of hens, egg characteristics, poultry farming systems, market analysis, behavior of the laying sector in Colombia are identified, as well as presenting aspects of supply and demand, price analysis and marketing. Next, the technical study is carried out where the size of the project is analyzed, mention is made of the physical infrastructure, basic services, resources and projections to analyze the market variables. And finally, the financial study is prepared to determine variables and economic budgets that allowed identifying the necessary resources to carry out the project such as: investment resources, income, expenses, costs and expenses that may be incurred in the execution of the project draft.
