Abstract

El presente trabajo de grado surge a raíz de la identificación del problema en la comunidad Fusagasugueña, Sumapacina y en la Institución Educativa Rural Departamental ANDES, donde tanto los contribuyentes como los estudiantes del grado undécimo poseen un desconocimiento sobre diversos temas tributarios que se traducen en la falta de cultura tributaria. Con el fin de indagar sobre la problemática y brindar una solución, se plantea el presente trabajo que abarca el campo de investigación en el que se fundamenta la realización de las orientaciones en dichos trámites; finalmente se presentan los resultados obtenidos al completar el proceso de adquisición de capacitación para posterior orientación a los contribuyentes del municipio de Fusagasugá, la región del Sumapaz y los estudiantes del grado undécimo de la Institución Educativa Rural Departamental ANDES. The present degree work arises as a result of the identification of the problem in the Fusagasugueña, Sumapacin community and in the ANDES Departmental Rural Educational Institution, where both the taxpayers and the eleventh grade students have a lack of knowledge about various tax issues that translate into the lack of tax culture. In order to investigate the problem and provide a solution, the present work is proposed, which covers the field of research on which the realization of the orientations in said procedures is based; Finally, the results obtained by completing the training acquisition process are presented for subsequent guidance to the taxpayers of the municipality of Fusagasugá, the Sumapaz region and the eleventh grade students of the Departmental Rural Educational Institution ANDES.
