APOYO EN NOTIFICACIONES E HISTORIAL DE REQUERIMIENTOS PARA AUDITORIAS EN EL ÁREA DE IMPUESTOS DE ARCELORMITTAL MICHOACÁN MÉXICO

Abstract

El presente trabajo de grado busca identificar la importancia que tiene el control interno de la empresa ArcelorMittal enfocado directamente al tratamiento que tiene la entidad en cuanto al manejo, custodia, adecuación y flujo de información; para esto es relevante resaltar los principales temas y actividades que desarrolla y estudia el área de impuestos de ArcelorMittal Michoacán México. Estas conforman una parte importante en cuanto al crecimiento y desarrollo de la entidad, siendo la base de los procedimientos, principios y métodos a ejecutar por la misma en cuanto al resguardo, tratamiento y uso adecuado de la información, no solo como una protección de los recursos de la entidad sino, como una herramienta adecuada para la prevención, detección y manejo de fraudes o errores efectuados dentro y fuera de la organización. Cabe resaltar que los objetivos para el manejo de información son diferentes en cada una de las áreas de la entidad, dependiendo directamente del flujo, importancia y delicadeza que esta tenga en el desarrollo de las diferentes actividades, mitigando así los diferentes riesgos y encontrando un equilibrio o estabilidad adecuada en la entidad. Por esta razón en el siguiente texto se realizará un enfoque directo al área de impuestos. The present work of degree seeks to identify the importance of the internal control of the company ArcelorMittal focused directly to the treatment that has the entity in terms of management, custody, adequacy and flow of information; for this it is relevant to highlight the main issues and activities developed and studied by the tax area of ArcelorMittal Michoacán Mexico. These form an important part of the growth and development of the entity, being the basis of the procedures, principles and methods to be executed by the same in terms of the safeguarding, treatment and proper use of information, not only as a protection of the resources of the entity but also as an adequate tool for the prevention, detection and management of fraud or errors made inside and outside the organization. It should be noted that the objectives for the management of information are different in each of the areas of the entity, depending directly on the flow, importance and delicacy that this has in the development of the different activities, thus mitigating the different risks and finding a balance or adequate stability in the entity, for this reason in the following text will be made a direct approach to the area of taxes.
