Aplicación de un modelo de competitividad a viveristas de fusagasugá-región

Abstract

Con este proyecto se pretende aplicar un modelo de competitividad a viveristas del municipio de Fusagasugá para proporcionar mayores conocimientos y habilidades logrando estar a la vanguardia del mercado y del sector agrícola. Para cumplir con ello es necesario conocer los modelos competitivos de Michael Porter, Peter Druker y Esser Klaus y poder Identificar las variables de competitividad en los viveristas para así crear un plan de acción; Principalmente con participación de entidades como la Asociación de Viveristas del Sumapaz (ASOVIZ) en donde se realizó un estudio diagnóstico que arrojó información, como que solo el 5% de una muestra de 79 viveros implementaron un plan estratégico para la elaboración de sus actividades comerciales. Por tal razón es necesario que cada emprendedor o gerente que se dedique a la producción y comercialización de diversas plantas, pueda comprender las ventajas que le brinda el poder establecer nuevas estrategias de trabajo, por medio de la Aplicación de un modelo de competitividad y con el objetivo de proporcionar amplio conocimiento a nivel administrativo y financiero, permitiendo que cada viveristas logre un excelente modelo de negocios y poder comparar el cambio que se genera al implementar esta nueva metodología de trabajo

This project intends to apply a competitiveness model to nurserymen in the municipality of Fusagasugá to provide greater knowledge and skills, being able to be at the forefront of the market and the agricultural sector. In order to comply with this, it is necessary to know the competitive models of Michael Porter, Peter Druker and Esser Klaus and to be able to identify the competitiveness variables in the nurserymen in order to create an action plan; Mainly with the participation of entities such as the Association of Nurserymen of Sumapaz (ASOVIZ) where a diagnostic study was carried out that showed information, as only 5% of a sample of 79 nurseries implemented a strategic plan for the development of their commercial activities. For this reason it is necessary that each entrepreneur or manager who is dedicated to the production and marketing of various plants, can understand the advantages of being able to establish new work strategies, through the application of a competitive model and with the objective of providing extensive knowledge at an administrative and financial level, allowing each nurseryman to achieve an excellent business model and be able to compare the change that is generated when implementing this new work methodology
