Estudio de factibilidad para la creación de una empresa dedicada a la distribución y comercialización de elementos de protección personal y seguridad industrial en el municipio de Facatativá.

Abstract

El proyecto de investigación que se plantea desarrollar es un estudio de factibilidad para poner en funcionamiento una empresa que se dedique a la comercialización y distribución de artículos de seguridad industrial en el municipio de Facatativá, pero llegando a otros municipios de la Sabana de Occidente como son Madrid, Mosquera y Funza; quienes se caracterizan por desarrollar actividades industriales de diferente índole. Con el desarrollo de esta investigación se pretende identificar si es factible y viable ofrecer los productos y servicios de la empresa en los diferentes municipios de la región de Sabana de Occidente, teniendo en cuenta que se deben realizar los siguientes estudios; estudio de mercado, estudio técnico, estudio administrativo y estudio financiero. Por consiguiente, se presenta la estructura del proyecto a desarrolla en primer lugar, un estudio de mercado con rasgos que pueda presentar la oferta y demanda de la comercialización de productos de seguridad industrial, como cascos, guantes, gafas, tapabocas, tapa oídos y delantales entre otros. En segundo lugar, un estudio técnico que determine la capacidad de prestar el servicio, la ubicación y todos los aspectos técnicos para el desarrollo de la actividad, de comercialización. Y como tercer lugar se determina la estructura administrativa y legal con la cual se creará la empresa y se termina con un estudio financiero que presente los indicadores necesarios para definir la viabilidad económica y financiera del proyecto, en términos de ingresos por ventas y egresos por la operación de la comercialización de los productos. The research project that is being developed is a feasibility study to start a company dedicated to the marketing and distribution of industrial safety articles in the municipality of Facatativá, but reaching other municipalities of the Sabana de Occidente such as Madrid, Mosquera and Funza; who are characterized by developing industrial activities of different kinds. With the development of this research, it is intended to identify if it is feasible and viable to offer the company's products and services in the different municipalities of the Sabana de Occidente region, taking into account that the following studies must be carried out; market study, technical study, administrative study and financial study. Therefore, the structure of the project to be developed is presented in the first place, a market study with features that may present the supply and demand of the marketing of industrial safety products, such as helmets, gloves, glasses, face masks, ear plugs and aprons among others. Secondly, a technical study that determines the capacity to provide the service, the location and all the technical aspects for the development of the activity, marketing. And thirdly, the administrative and legal structure with which the company will be created is determined and it ends with a financial study that presents the necessary indicators to define the economic and financial viability of the project, in terms of income from sales and expenses from the operation of the marketing of the products.
