Sensibilización sobre "La estructura del plato saludable" en la gastronomía de los restaurantes activos y registrados en Camara y Comercio en Girardot Cundinamarca.

Abstract

En la actualidad Girardot Cundinamarca no cuenta comúnmente con campañas de una buena alimentación u orientación a los establecimientos del municipio de las diferentes técnicas de gastronomía saludable, por ello encontramos consecuencias y antecedentes totalmente inadecuados frente a la salud y un mal manejo sobre el abuso de harinas en el plato y el desconocimiento de una buena alimentación. Este proyecto va encaminado a ayudar y orientar a los restaurantes, activos y registrados de Girardot, Cundinamarca, a través de una sensibilización sobre “la estructura del plato“ saludable en su gastronomía, con el fin de incentivar en ellos los principios de vida y alimentación sana, además, lograr suprimir los paradigmas que rodean los principios de la alimentación saludable permitiendo satisfacer la demanda de nuevo nicho de mercado en este sector y aportando a la oferta gastronómica del municipio. ABSTRACT: At present Girardot Cundinamarca does not commonly have campaigns of a good diet or orientation to the establishments of the municipality of the different techniques of healthy gastronomy, we therefore find totally inadequate consequences and background to health and poor management of meal abuse in the dish and lack of knowledge of good food. This project aims to help and guide the active and registered restaurants of Girardot, Cundinamarca, through an awareness of "the structure of the dish" healthy in their gastronomy, In order to encourage in them the principles of healthy living and eating, in addition, to achieve to eliminate the paradigms that surround the principles of healthy eating, allowing to satisfy the demand for a new niche market in this sector and contributing to the gastronomic offer of the municipality.
