Efecto del riego con agua de mar diluida sobre el crecimiento de plántulas de rábano.

Abstract

A causa del uso excesivo de abonos químicos actualmente los suelos presentan una gran pérdida de nutrientes, afectando la productividad del suelo, lo que genera alimentos de buen tamaño, pero pobres en nutrientes. Desde el origen de la cultura occidental se ha reconocido las propiedades nutricionales y medicinales del agua de mar (AM), en la modernidad se realizaron numerosos estudios sobre la composición y usos del AM aplicados hacia la agricultura, la ganadería y el ser humano, arrojando resultados positivos acerca de los beneficios para cada una de las áreas. La base del desarrollo para este proyecto con el apoyo de la empresa Amaris es conocer la capacidad que tiene el AM como alimento para las plantas, en este caso el rábano, permitiendo hallar concentración adecuada para su óptimo crecimiento y nutrición. En esta investigación se realiza un cultivo de plántulas de rábano en bandejas para semillero donde por medio de jeringas se regó durante 11 días con AM diluida al 3, 6 y 9% de concentración, teniendo de igual forma un grupo de control. Fue posible obtener medidas de longitud del tallo las cuales fueron analizadas mediante ANOVA por medio dela prueba de Tukey. En los resultados el grupo control presenta un mayor crecimiento (promedio de 7,9 cm) seguido del 9% de AM (promedio 7,0), esta investigación es un gran aporte ya que permite tener los datos como una base para futuras investigaciones. ABSTRACT: Due to the excessive use of chemical fertilizers, soils present a great loss of nutrients affecting the productivity of the soil, which generates good-sized foods, but poor in nutrients. Since the origin of western culture, the nutritional and medicinal properties of seawater (AM) have been recognized, in modernity numerous studies were conducted on the composition and uses of AM applied to agriculture, livestock and humans, throwing positive results about the benefits for each of the areas. The basis of development for this project with the support of the Amaris company is to know the capacity that AM has as food for plants , in this case the radish, allowing to find the right concentration for this optimal growth and nutritioN. In this investigation, a crop of radish seedlings is carried out carried out in seedbed trays where, through syringes, it was watered for 11 days with AM diluted at 3,6 and 9% concentration, having a control group . It was possible to obtain measures of stem length which were analyzed by ANOVA through the Tukey Test. In the results, the control group shows a higher growth (average of 7,9 cm) followed by9% of AM (average 7,0 cm), this research is a great contribution since it allows to to have the data as a basis for future research.
