Zoonificación De Riesgos A Incendios Forestales En El Municipio De Supatá Cundinamarca.

Abstract

El presente trabajo tiene como principal objetivo generar la zonificación de riesgos por incendios forestales en el municipio de Supata Cundinamarca, la metodología bajo la cual se trabajó corresponde al “protocolo para la realización de mapas de zonificación de riesgos a incendios de la cobertura vegetal” por el Instituto de Hidrología, Meteorología y Estudios Ambientales de Colombia (IDEAM) en el año 2014, entendiéndose como la guía para la construcción de un mapa de amenaza por incendios forestales bajo condiciones normales de precipitación y temperatura; teniendo en cuenta que los incendios forestales son un tipo de fenómeno que afecta todos los componentes del sistema ambiental (flora, fauna, agua, aíre, suelo y ser humano) sobre los cuales se sustenta el desarrollo de la sociedad, la elaboración de este documento toma mayor importancia al poder identificar las posibilidades que tiene cierto territorio, en este caso el municipio de Supata, para sufrir un incendio forestal, así mismo se brindan oportunidades para la preparación, prevención y mitigación por este fenómeno.
