Verificación y corrección del alinderamiento y división del centro agrotecnológico de comercialización y exposiciones quebrajacho

Abstract

El presente trabajo de pasantía se realiza en la secretaria de desarrollo económico y competitividad del municipio de Fusagasugá, en el cual se exponen los diferentes cambios respecto a las mutaciones que ha venido teniendo el centro agrotecnológico de comercialización y exposiciones ‘Quebrajacho’ en los últimos años. Con ello se evidenciará los diferentes factores que inciden en el predio y como ha sido su formación catastral. De esta manera, se realizó una verificación de las medidas actuales que tiene el predio del municipio (quebrajacho) y las del servicio nacional de aprendizaje (SENA), para hacer una comparación si lo que está en campo es lo mismo planteado en las escrituras y planos realizados años atrás. Las respectivas medidas se realizaron con un levantamiento GPS RTK y con el método convencional, que nos brinda la mejor precisión a la hora de recolectar la información; estos datos recolectados se migraron a un sistema de información geográfica (SIG) en el cual se puede ver la respectiva salida grafica con sus actuales medidas y así se pudo realizar la comparación de los resultados obtenidos junto con lo que se ha realizado años atrás. De igual forma se pudo aclarar la medida de la división entre los dos predios y replantearla de acuerdo a como se estipula, para poder llevar a cabo proyectos que tienen pensados para ese espacio que se logra obtener. Abstract: The present work of internship is made in the secretary of economic development and competitiveness of the municipality of Fusagasugá, which exposes the different changes regarding the mutations that has been taking the agrotechnological center of marketing and exhibitions 'Quebrajacho' in recent years. This will show the different factors that affect the property and how it has been cadastral training. In this way, a verification was made of the current measures of the municipality (quebrajacho) and those of the national apprenticeship service (SENA), to make a comparison if what is in the field is the same as stated in the deeds and plans made years ago. The respective measurements were made with a GPS RTK survey and with the conventional method, which gives us the best accuracy when collecting the information; these collected data were migrated to a geographic information system (GIS) in which the respective graphic output can be seen with its current measurements and thus the comparison of the results obtained along with what has been done years ago could be made. In the same way it was possible to clarify the measure of the division between the two properties and rethink it according to how it is stipulated, in order to be able to carry out the projects that are thought for that space that is obtained.
