Impacto Ambiental Por La Ampliación De La Frontera Agrícola En Las Veredas La Graciela Y Las Vegas Del Municipio De San Bernardo.

Abstract

Resumen: La presente Investigación es realizada en el Municipio de San Bernardo, Cundinamarca en las veredas la Graciela y las Vegas, al ser consideradas estas veredas como áreas del Páramo del Sumapaz, en dichas zonas se está presentando la problemática de la expansión de la frontera agrícola, ya que se están realizando cerca a la delimitación del páramo actividades Agrícolas, Pecuarias y Forestales de parte de los campesinos. De esta manera nos enfocamos en analizar el entorno de estas veredas, para poder reconocer las principales causas por las cuales los campesinos realizan dicha ampliación, además se realizar un estudio de caso con los habitantes de las veredas de estudio. Para el desarrollo de los objetivos se utilizó una metodología de tipo cuantitativa y un estudio descriptivo. Por consiguiente se observó el entorno de estas zonas mediante un trabajo de campo en el cual se identificó las principales actividades que desarrollan los campesinos de estas veredas, resaltando que la información que se pudo obtener por una entrevista con los campesinos de estas dos veredas. De tal manera se logró concluir que dichas actividades son la única fuente de ingresos de los habitantes de estas veredas, además estas actividades generan un impacto en el medio ambientes, es por ello que se identificó la pérdida de biodiversidad natural, la erosion en los terrenos e igualmente la disminución del caudal de las fuentes hídricas que abastecen a los habitantes de estas veredas. Abstract The present investigation is carried out in the municipality of San Bernardo, Cundinamarca, in the villages of La Graciela and Las Vegas, since these villages are considered areas of the Sumapaz Moorland. In these areas, the problem of the expansion of the agricultural frontier is being presented, since agricultural, livestock and forestry activities are being carried out by the farmers near the Moor's boundaries. In this way, we focused on analyzing the environment of these villages, in order to recognize the main causes for the expansion of the agricultural frontier, and we conducted a case study with the inhabitants of the study villages. To develop the objectives, we used a quantitative methodology and a descriptive study. Therefore, the environment of these areas was observed through field work in which the main activities developed by the farmers of these villages were identified, highlighting that the information that could be obtained through an interview with the farmers of these two villages. In this way, it was possible to conclude that these activities are the only source of income for the inhabitants of these villages. In addition, these activities generate an impact on the environment, which is why the loss of natural biodiversity, the erosion of the land and the decrease in the flow of water sources that supply the inhabitants of these villages were identified.
