Abstract

En esta Pasantía se realizó el apoyo en las actividades de la dirección de contabilidad de la secretaria de hacienda del municipio de Fusagasugá, con los objetivos de desarrollar una serie de plantillas que faciliten la conciliación de los impuestos, apoyando en la depuración de la cuenta 24072001-recudos por clasificar, realizando las conciliaciones del impuesto de industria y comercio entre modulo, presupuesto y contabilidad, así mismo de los demás impuestos recaudados por la secretaria, además también apoyado en la gestión documental del archivo y las demás funciones que fueran requeridas por la dirección. In this Internship, support was provided in the activities of the accounting department of the Fusagasugá municipal finance secretary, with the objectives of developing a series of templates that facilitate the reconciliation of taxes, supporting the purification of account 24072001 -receipts to be classified, carrying out the reconciliations of the industry and commerce tax between the module, budget and accounting, as well as the other taxes collected by the secretary, also supported by the documentary management of the file and the other functions that were required by the address.
