Abstract

Las iglesias o sectores las cuales tienen algo que contar o transmitir a las personas ya sea por cultura, religión o simple curiosidad para los turistas que acuden a diferentes ciudades y pueblos donde se desarrolla el turismo religioso. Agua de Dios – Cundinamarca, ubicado en la provincia del Alto Magdalena a 125 km al sur occidente de Bogotá. Es un pueblo gran historia, esto permite que el municipio sea llamativo por sus numerosos sitios turísticos religiosos que encontramos. Este proyecto consiste en que los beneficiarios directos e indirectos del municipio y los alrededores, mejore su actividad económica con la ruta turística religiosa Variara, ya que esta investigación es de gran importancia, el cual busca fomentar el turismo en el municipio, de esta forma la ciudad tendrá gran acogida de turistas religiosos. Colombia es un país donde el tema de la religión es muy diverso, con más de 500 años de tradición católica, el país ofrece experiencias inolvidables a los turistas que les permite descubrir un patrimonio cultural, artístico y arquitectónico asociado a la religión, el plan perfecto para compartir en familia de la espiritualidad, recreación, paz y descanso. El municipio de Agua de Dios, cuenta una historia que pasa del dolor a la esperanza, siempre encasillado como el „Pueblo de los Leprosos‟ debido a que allí, desde 1894 hasta 1962, se resguardaron todos los afectados por la enfermedad. el solo pronunciar el nombre, ya generaba temor, sin embargo, tras el enorme trabajo de la comunidad Salesiana.
