Evaluar la eficiencia de la gestión documental en el área de registro y control que atribuya al desarrollo de una auditoría operativa

Abstract

Resumen El desarrollo de la pasantía se focalizo en los procesos de gestión documental para la bodega archivística de la universidad de Cundinamarca bajo la sombra de una auditoria operativa. Cabe mencionar que en el presente trabajo se resaltaron los lineamientos de las diferentes cartillas dirigidas por el archivo general de nación junto a las normativas emanadas para estas actividades en instituciones públicas de nuestro país, por lo anterior se enfatizaron etapas que sentenciaron los principios de ordenación, organización , clasificación, e inventario documental, esto con el fin de haber contemplado el control interno eficaz y adecuado que resalto la auditoria operativa en cuanto a las dependencias de contabilidad, tesorería, talento humano, admisiones y registros entre otras más que se presenciaron a través de los rótulos del depósito archivístico de la institución en el transcurso de la pasantía. Abstract The development of the internship focused on the document management processes for the archival warehouse of the University of Cundinamarca under the shadow of an operational audit. It is worth mentioning that in the present work the guidelines of the different booklets directed by the general archive of the nation were highlighted together with the regulations issued for these activities in public institutions of our country, for the above, stages that sentenced the principles of management were emphasized. organization, classification, and documentary inventory, this in order to have contemplated the effective and adequate internal control that highlighted the operational audit in terms of accounting, treasury, human talent, admissions and records, among others that were witnessed through of the labels of the archival deposit of the institution during the course of the internship.
