Importancia Del Fortalecimiento Del Turismo Sostenible Desde La Planificación Territorial, En Playas Con Alta Vocación Turística.

Abstract

En este artículo de reflexión y análisis documental se presenta la importancia de fortalecer el turismo sostenible dentro de la planificación territorial y desarrollo de los territorios con una alta vocación turística. Teniendo en cuenta lo anterior se toma como objeto de análisis a playa banca en la isla barú ya que forma parte del parque nacional natural corales del rosario, siendo el más visitado del país y a pesar de ser un área protegida, presenta una gran cantidad de conflictos socio-ambientales. De acuerdo a lo mencionado previamente se exponen de manera objetiva los antecedentes de las problemáticas allí presentadas producto del turismo, los soportes jurídicos y administrativos vigentes que procuran el manejo y regulación, y finalmente se hace hincapié en como fortalecer el turismo sostenible desde la administración del territorio, ya que esto permite mitigar y prevenir impactos sociales y ambientales derivados de la dinámica turística en el lugar donde se desarrolla.

In this article of reflection and documentary analysis, the importance of strengthening sustainable tourism within territorial planning and development of territories with a high tourist vocation is presented. Taking into account the above, Playa Banca on Barú Island is taken as an object of analysis since it is part of the Corales del Rosario Natural National Park, being the most visited in the country and despite being a protected area, it presents a large number of conflicts. socio-environmental. According to what was previously mentioned, the background of the problems presented there as a result of tourism, the current legal and administrative supports that seek management and regulation, and finally emphasis is placed on how to strengthen sustainable tourism from the administration of the territory, since this allows mitigating and preventing social and environmental impacts derived from the tourist dynamics in the place where it takes place.
