Abstract

La monografía investigativa en su primera etapa muestra el planteamiento del problema objeto de estudio, su sistematización y descripción de la metodología a desarrollar con la estructura de la misma, seguido se encuentran los objetivos tanto general como específicos que perseguirá el proyecto. Continuando se procede a organizar el marco de referencia, constituido por el marco teórico, donde se demuestra y se apoya la investigación en estudios preliminares de otros autores, luego, se encuentra el marco legal comprendido por las normas legales vigentes a nivel local, regional y nacional que sustentarán los principios estipulados por la legislación y también se ubica el marco conceptual, explicando el significado de algunos términos que se encuentran a lo largo del trabajo. Posteriormente a lo relacionado con anterioridad, se procede a desarrollar los objetivos específicos, que para el caso son las investigaciones y profundizaciones en los estudios de mercado, plan de mercado, estudio técnico y sus necesidades, estudio administrativo y su estructura, plan de manejo de residuos y desechos tanto líquidos como sólidos y por último el estudio de las variables financieras y su posterior evaluación mediante indicadores de bondad. Finalmente, se presentan las conclusiones y recomendaciones a las que se llegó, luego del desarrollo de la investigación del proyecto. El autor de la monografía, hace referencia, a que la información contenida en el trabajo ha sido consultada, analizada y citada de manera previa, oportuna y pertinente, haciendo énfasis en los parámetros anti plagio y certificando la originalidad del texto. Abstract: The research monograph in its first stage shows the approach of the problem under study, its systematization and description of the methodology to be developed with the structure of the same, followed by the general and specific objectives that the project will pursue. Continuing we proceed to organize the frame of reference, constituted by the theoretical framework, where the research in preliminary studies of other authors is demonstrated and supported, then, is the legal framework comprised by the legal norms in force at local, regional and national that the principles stipulated by the legislation will sustain and also the conceptual framework is located, explaining the meaning of some terms that are found throughout the work. Subsequently to the previously related, we proceed to develop the specific objectives, which for the case are research and deepening market studies, market plan, technical study and their needs, administrative study and its structure, management plan waste and waste, both liquid and solid, and finally the study of financial variables and their subsequent evaluation through indicators of goodness. Finally, the conclusions and recommendations that were reached after the development of the project's research are presented. The author of the monograph makes reference to the fact that the information contained in the work has been consulted, analyzed and cited in a prior, timely and pertinent manner, emphasizing anti-plagiarism parameters and certifying the originality of the text.
