Diagnóstico de la información contable y tributaria Centro de soluciones integrales en seguridad y salud en el trabajo SAS

Abstract

El trabajo realizado analizó el proceso contable y tributario de Centro de Soluciones Integrales en Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo S.A.S. (CSI-SST), empresa dedicada a asesorías, capacitaciones y comercialización de equipos en seguridad laboral. El objetivo general fue evaluar el cumplimiento de la normativa contable y tributaria colombiana, incluyendo NIIF y el Estatuto Tributario, para garantizar la correcta presentación de la información financiera. Con un enfoque descriptivo-analítico y proyectivo, se recopiló información mediante documentos contables y reuniones virtuales. El diagnóstico identificó fortalezas en la facturación electrónica y declaraciones de IVA, pero detectó debilidades en el manejo de IVA descontable, clasificación de gastos, ausencia de políticas contables y notas a estados financieros. Se proyectaron los estados financieros para 2025, estimando ingresos, costos y gastos. La conciliación fiscal verificó que los costos y deducciones cumplían con los artículos 107 y 771-5 del Estatuto Tributario, calculándose el impuesto de renta correspondiente. La declaración de renta de 2023 presentó diferencias en los valores de patrimonio, ingresos y costos. Se propuso implementar controles de inventario, ajustar la clasificación de cuentas y calcular anticipos de renta para corregir las inconsistencias identificadas. El análisis permitió optimizar los procesos financieros de CSI-SST, subrayando la importancia del contador público en la gestión eficiente y el cumplimiento normativo de la empresa. The work conducted analyzed the accounting and tax processes of Centro de Soluciones Integrales en Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo S.A.S. (CSI-SST), a company dedicated to consulting, training, and marketing of occupational safety equipment. The general objective was to evaluate compliance with Colombian accounting and tax regulations, including IFRS and the Tax Statute, to ensure the accurate presentation of financial information. Using a descriptive-analytical and projective approach, information was gathered through accounting documents and virtual meetings. The diagnosis identified strengths in electronic invoicing and VAT declarations but detected weaknesses in the management of deductible VAT, expense classification, lack of accounting policies, and notes to financial statements. Financial statements for 2025 were projected, estimating revenues, costs, and expenses. The tax reconciliation verified that costs and deductions complied with Articles 107 and 771-5 of the Tax Statute, calculating the corresponding income tax. The 2023 income tax return showed discrepancies in the values of equity, revenues, and costs. Proposals were made to implement inventory controls, adjust account classifications, and calculate income tax advances to address the identified inconsistencies. The analysis enabled the optimization of CSI-SST’s financial processes, highlighting the importance of the public accountant in efficient management and regulatory compliance of the company.
